Janice Bradley
Janice attended Midland Tafe in Perth and it was here, during this time the opportunity arose to be part of the founding group of the Guildford Village Potters. Janice has been a Potter with the group for almost 40 years as well as other affiliations such as the Avon Valley Arts Society, where she started teaching a hobby pottery class weekly. Janice has exhibited her work in Northam, Goomalling and Darlington. In 2001 Janice began teaching student at the Guildford Village POtters and continues to teach today. Many of the students she has mentored have since become members themselves. Of particular interest to Janice are firing techniques, especially alternative firing processes such as Raku, Saggar and pit firing. The element of surprise in the process is particularly appealing to Janice.
