The Ceramic work available at Guildford Village Potters has been created by members in our Guildford workshop or in their own studios. From our hands to yours, we love making beautiful pieces for you to enjoy. As a group of friendly and enthusiastic ceramic artists, we are always keen to share our work and promote our craft through the Gallery and by teaching adult and children’s pottery classes and workshops.
Guildford Village Potters is a collective group of 20 ceramic artists with varying artistic backgrounds. As members we operate and share a Gallery and functioning studio & workshop. We each have our own unique style and produce a variety of different pottery pieces. We create ceramics that are both functional and beautiful, from bowls and mugs to plates and serving ware, as well as unique sculptural and decorative pieces.
Situated in the historic township of Guildford in Western Australia we have been operating since 1981. Our gallery is located in what was once the Police mans’ house in the historical Courthouse Precinct. You will find us at 22 Meadow street, Guildford, next door to the Swan Valley Visitors Centre. Gallery hours are 10am-3pm weekdays and 10am-4pm weekends. Tours are welcome of our gallery and workshop.
